Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of mycasestore.net (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from HaraTeck LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, for example where a pricing error occurs or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include the product only. Import duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is taken at the time of order.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide, free of charge. Delivery normally takes about 2 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Returns and refunds

You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

5. Products and accuracy

We do our best to describe our products accurately. Colors and images shown on the Site are for illustration; the E Ink display renders images in four colors and its appearance varies with ambient light.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos and 3D models, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission. Images you display on your case remain yours.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our head office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
