Where is my order?
International orders ship directly from our factory and usually arrive within about two weeks.
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a tracking link.
1. Open the shipping confirmation email and tap the tracking link.
2. No link, or the carrier page is not in English? Paste the tracking number into a universal tracker such as 17TRACK.
3. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show the first scan after the shipping email. If nothing appears after 5 days, or your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, email us at info@mycasestore.net with your order number.
Import duties or taxes, if any, are charged by your local customs office and are not included in the price.
