About NFC scanning
Some customers have told us NFC scanning doesn’t start, or the app doesn’t respond. Here’s why, and what to do.
Why it happens
During production, the NFC chip changed. Cases with the new chip work with the NetMe app, not the earlier app, AI Phone Case.
What to do
Download NetMe (free on the App Store) and use it in place of AI Phone Case. Everything else — features, safety, how you use it — is the same.
